CHS just finished our deck rebuild. We had a great experience throughout the whole process. The communication was great, the crew was professional and did great work and the deck looks amazing. We had quite a few weeds growing around the deck, which I planned to clean up once the job was done, but the guys even did some weeding and left everything looking better than when they showed up.

We had a great experience with CHS Custom Decks and Design from start to finish. We hired them to install MagnaTrack motorized screens on our Gazebo. Chuck and Heather were so easy to work with. They clearly explained the project, it was done as promised, on time and a great job! We love our MagnaTrack screens! We highly recommend!

Thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail that my wife and I were provided. I was on a time line to have the work done and they achieved that goal with outstanding results. We got all kinds of compliments on the work that was done and that was the cherry on top for a job weell done!

We couldn't be happier with our new deck and patio!
Chuck, Heather and their team made a stressful project feel easy, efficient and supportive.
They listened, collaborated, and counseled us with honest feedback when needed.
They were approachable, dependable, trustworthy, and their pride in the quality of work went above and beyond ~ like nothing we've experienced before!
We feel very fortunate to not only have a beautiful, new deck and patio, but also to have gained what feels like new friends!
Even if you're thinking about a project, give them a call. You will not be disappointed!!

We recently hired CHS Custom Decks & Design to build our new deck, and we could not be happier with the results! The team installed a beautiful Azek Vintage deck with TimberTech IRX railing, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. From start to finish, the entire crew was professional, timely, and incredibly respectful of our property, keeping the job site clean every day. They truly did a fantastic job. We highly recommend CHS to any friends, family, or neighbors looking for a high-quality deck builder!

We hired Chuck & Heather at CHS Custom Decks & Design to install under-decking and build a custom outdoor bench, the result exceeded our expectations. From the first consultation they were professional, listened to our ideas, offered smart suggestions, and gave a clear, fair estimate. The under-deck system looks clean, sheds water effectively, and has transformed the space into a usable, dry area; the bench is beautifully built, comfortable, and perfectly matched to our style. The crew was punctual, efficient, and left the site tidy each day. We’re very happy with the craftsmanship and would recommend CHS Custom Decks & Design to anyone looking for thoughtful design and reliable installation. Rating: 5/5.

Chuck and Heather were a pleasure to work with and help plan the design of our backyard deck. The end results turned or better than we imagined and our deck is PERFECT!
